Who we are

What we collect and why
- Demo requests: your work e-mail, name, company and role, and whatever you choose to tell us in the optional questions. We use them to answer your request and to prepare and hold the conversation you asked for. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Product news: only if you tick the box. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect what happened before it.
- How the site is used: the page a request came from, the campaign parameters in the address you arrived with, the referring site's name, and counts of clicks on our buttons. These records hold no name, no e-mail and no IP address.
- Protecting the form: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sends the form, and the number of requests from one network address is limited for a minute. The address is used for that check and not stored by us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and your device
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics script, and our own pages store nothing on your device: our server counts the pages it serves from the requests themselves. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the demo page only; as part of its check, its widget keeps data in your browser's storage for its own site (challenges.cloudflare.com), which our pages cannot read.
Who processes the data for us
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, stores demo requests in a database located in the European Union, forwards e-mail sent to our addresses and provides Turnstile. The site's requests pass through Cloudflare's global network. Where Cloudflare processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards of its data processing addendum. Demo requests are forwarded to our business mailbox, held by our e-mail provider.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests that do not lead to a conversation: deleted 12 months after they arrive.
- Demo requests that lead to a conversation: kept while we are in contact, and deleted 12 months after the last contact.
- Click and page counts: deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its processing, and a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to hello@tocsio.com; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
Giving us your data is voluntary; without an e-mail address we cannot answer a demo request. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
