Opsgenie switches off on 5 April 2027. Your on-call should not.
Atlassian stopped selling Opsgenie on 4 June 2025 and deletes the data that has not been migrated when it shuts down. Tocsio takes over your schedules, escalation policies and integrations, and adds the status communication your other teams have been asking for.
What moves
Everything your teams configured over the years, mapped with you rather than rebuilt from memory.
On-call schedules
Rotations, layers, overrides and time zones, so the person on call tomorrow is the same one.
Escalation policies
Levels, timeouts and repeat rules, so an unacknowledged alert goes where it went before.
Integrations
Prometheus Alertmanager, Grafana, Zabbix, Datadog, cloud alerts, e-mail: the sources you route today keep sending.
Teams and contact methods
People, teams and how each one wants to be reached, at what hour.
How a migration runs
Map
We go through your Opsgenie configuration with you and agree what moves, what changes and what goes.
Run in parallel
Tocsio receives the same alerts while Opsgenie still pages. You compare before anything is switched.
Switch team by team
Each team moves when it is ready: before the deadline, not on it.
More than a replacement
Opsgenie told the responder. Tocsio also tells everyone else: one incident timeline, written once, that support, management and customers read in their own terms.
- Status updates for unlimited readers
- Escalation that stops on the first acknowledgement
- Fallback from push to SMS to a voice call
- Data hosted in the EU
Questions teams ask
Atlassian points us to Jira Service Management and Compass. Why not move there?
That is the right move for some teams. Tocsio is for teams that want on-call and incident communication without moving into a service-desk suite.
Do we have to change our monitoring?
No. Tocsio sits above it and receives the alerts your tools already send.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on how many schedules, policies and integrations you run. The first call is where we size it together.
Where is our data kept?
In the EU by design, with an on-premises option for teams that cannot use SaaS.
Plan your migration while there is time.
Tell us how many schedules and integrations you run today. We will come back with a migration plan and a date.
