Incident notification for teams that must react fast
Ring once. Reach everyone who must know.
Tocsio sits on top of the monitoring you already run. It folds a flood of events into one incident, pages whoever is on duty and keeps engineers, support and management on the same status.
Tocsio is in early access. We are onboarding a small group of design partners.
Most incidents go wrong after the alert
Alert fatigue
When most notifications are noise, people stop reacting, even to the important ones.
People not reached
The engineer on call is asleep, chat is down with the rest of the system, and no one is sure who took the incident.
Status chaos
Support asks engineering, management asks support, and the customer hears last. Someone joining twenty minutes in has to start from zero.
How an alarm travels
Events in
Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, cloud alerts, SCADA, MQTT devices, syslog and e-mail. Your monitoring stays as it is, and Tocsio listens to it.
Noise out
Deduplication, grouping and suppression turn ten thousand identical messages into one alert with a counter. A device that goes silent raises an alarm too.
Whoever is on duty
Schedules and escalation page the person on duty by push, SMS, voice, e-mail, Teams or Slack, and move to the next person when the page goes unanswered.
One status for every audience
Each incident keeps one timeline. Every audience reads its own version of it, and the audit trail is recorded as you go.
What Tocsio does
Paged once per problem
Related events become one incident. The responder acknowledges with one tap and escalation stops; events that belong to the open incident join it instead of paging again.
- Primary on callpush · 0 min
- Secondary on callSMS · 5 min
- Shift leadvoice call · 10 min
- Vendor's remote servicee-mail and call · 20 min
One incident, many audiences
Engineers get the technical detail and the runbook. Support gets what to tell customers. Management gets the impact and an estimate. Every version comes from the same incident and is updated once.
Readers are free
You pay for the people who act on alerts. People who only need to be informed, such as a support floor, a plant or a branch network, cost nothing.
Built in Europe for regulated teams
EU data residency by design, an audit trail of who was told what and when, and the reporting clocks of DORA, NIS2 and GDPR in view from the first minute.
Industrial signals welcome
High-volume device events over MQTT, syslog, SNMP traps or OPC UA, through an edge gateway, with per-device limits and quarantine for noisy sources.
Delivery that does not depend on one channel
Push, SMS, voice, e-mail, Microsoft Teams and Slack, with fallback. When one channel fails, the next one carries the message.

Teams leaving Opsgenie
Opsgenie is switched off on 5 April 2027. Plan the move of schedules, escalations and integrations without starting over.

Device floods, silent machines, remote engineers and shift handovers.
